What are LG Educators?

LG Educators are pioneers in using technology to better student education. They include educators, former educators, and Education Technology professionals who believe in advancing how students learn and empowering classrooms with technology. LG welcomes a selection of new LG Educators into our program through applications and special invites annually. After becoming an LG Educator, there’s no need to apply again. LG reviews all current Educators each time applications open.

How do I become an LG Educator?

To become an LG Educator, apply below. Be sure you have at least one social profile that's public. If you have LG EdTech in your school, please also note that in the comments section.

What is the application process?

We are currently accepting applications. Submit your official application below, and we'll review it within one week. Be sure to add lge.com as a trusted email domain so that you can receive correspondence back from us.

I am not a teacher; can I still apply to be an LG Educator?

Absolutely! LG Educators can be passionate teachers, former teachers, technology directors, Professional Development coaches, and Education Technology professionals. The key requirement is that you’re a pioneer using technology to empower classrooms and advance how students learn.

How long is the LG Educator term?

LG Educator status will be reviewed annually, but no additional application is necessary for existing LG Educators.

What are the requirements to be an LG Educator?

LG Educators are passionate about using technology to empower education and academia. Their passion extends to their peers, always sharing best practices, LG EdTech and new education technology on social media. Social ambassadors that are creating their own content is crucial to reaching colleagues and peers to create forums and genuine conversations.
