("LGE", "we", "us", "our") processes any personal information we collect from you, or that you provide to us where you are acting in a business ("B2B") capacity or on behalf of your employer. 4. Sharing and Disclosure of Information
The following are some examples of how we may share or disclose your Personal Information:

■ Retention
Your Personal Information will be retained for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes listed in this Privacy Policy and these are either for legitimate business interests, as required by law, or as necessary to perform a service to you. We reserve the right to change this Privacy Policy from time to time at our sole discretion. When we do, we will also revise the "Last Updated" date at the bottom of this Privacy Policy, and only where appropriate, this may be communicated to you via email. ■ Your Rights
