The following itinerary applies to both tour dates. Each participant will be assigned to attend one tour date only.
12:00 | VIP Bus Departure
  • Pickup Point: The Music City Center (Exact location within the center will be shared with confirmed guests)
13:00 – 14:30 | Factory Tour & Networking Lunch
  • Location: LG Lighthouse Factory, Clarksville
16:00 | Return
  • Drop-off Point: The Music City Center (Exact location within the center will be shared with confirmed guests)

The Factory Tours, held on March 24 and March 26, are invite-only events with limited capacity due to security protocols.
  1. Independent Participation: The Factory Tour is a standalone program. You may apply for and attend the tour exclusively, without registering for the MAX Show or attending the Keynote.
  2. Selection Process: Submission of this form does not guarantee participation. Guests will be selected based on availability and business relevance.
  3. Confirmation: Only confirmed guests will receive a final invitation email containing detailed logistics.
  4. Individual Application: Each attendee must submit a separate application form.
  5. Early Closing: Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis and may close early once capacity is reached.
